Allen joins Nomis from Zions Bancorporation, a $69 billion regional bank based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was senior vice president of consumer and business deposits. In his new role, Dustin will be focused on helping financial institutions around the world enhance their deposit pricing and delivery.
