The judges were impressed by the depth of customer understanding that Nomis brings to retail banks and the impact it has on bottom-line profitability.
The FinTech Innovation Awards brings together over 700 FinTech specialists to celebrate the greatest achievements from within the global financial and payments technology industries in the UK. This year’s award ceremony was attended by brands including Google, Barclays, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, and many others from across the FinTech space.
Nomis faced tough competition in its category from Vizor Software, Datactics, and PwC, among others. However, the sixteen judges, comprised of leading authorities from across the FinTech sector, selected Nomis as the standout entry, recognizing the company for its original use of data science in finance. Specifically, Nomis’ practical application in protecting and expanding banks’ market share in a highly competitive arena was integral to the award win.
